Built on a simple idea: serve people well.
Catoosa Deli started as a corner counter with a dream and a meat slicer. Thirty-five years later, the dream hasn't changed — just the neighborhood has grown around us.
We source our meats from local distributors, bake our bread every morning before the sun comes up, and slice everything by hand. That's not marketing. That's just how we were taught, and how we intend to keep doing it.
